I need your  help.  Any volunteers?

I have to say that I feel a little odd doing this, but I'd rather do this than take the site down.  If I did that I'd probably get a lot of email asking me why I just didn't ask for help!

I've been funding this site entirely with my own funds.  Since 2005.

I don't make any money off of the site, and don't wish to.  I enjoy sharing and sharing freely.

But...

It's becoming more difficult to swallow the renewal fees every year.

For three years of hosting, I pay roughly $350.  That includes the domain name renewal fees.  I generally renew in three year increments, because it saves me time and money to do it that way.  I'm hoping to raise the money before the site's renewal deadline date:  July 2012. 

I wish I could confidently say that it would be easy for me to pay the fees, but I can't.  I'm the only one working in my family, and this year, with a paycheck that's been roughly $150 dollars less every pay period (I live in Wisconsin...), my budget does not leave room for extras like website hosting and domain names. 

I've asked a few people what I should do, and they suggested a donate button.  I hate subscription fees.  So that was out of the question.  Same with ads.  Ugh!  And, I'm NOT a fan of putting my downloads on Teachers Pay Teachers or other sites that are similar.  Just not for me... 

I still feel funny about it, but that's a PRIDE issue....  I'll get over it.  If you can help fund the site, thanks.  Really...THANKS!

I appreciate it, as do many, many, MANY others who visit the site daily, weekly, or monthly. 

If you made it this far....I do plan on taking the donate button down once donations have covered the cost of my renewal fees.
